Bartenders On The Go... 

The following is a list of Bartenders On The Go...Bartending Services. These rates are for reference only, each event is unique and will thus be bid on an individual basis. For an estimate call or e-mail us.

NOTE: Rates may vary during the Holidays. Bartenders On The Go,,, holidays include New Years' Eve, Superbowl Sunday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, 3rd & 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving Weekend, & the month of December.

Bartenders are at your service for the entirety of your event and are billed at an hourly rate. Gratuity is not included in our hourly rates, this will be left to your discretion. One bartender is able to serve up to 50 guests. More than 50 guests will require an assistant/cocktail server or additional bartenders. Each event is unique so please contact us for staffing questions.

Bartenders - $150 (4-hour minimum). $25-$35 each additional hour.

(prices vary based on drinks served)

Assistants/Servers - $120 (4-hours minimum). $20 each additional hour.

Valet Parking can be provided at your event once we have had a consultation discussing the details of valet parking including (but not limitied to) where cars will be parked, valet station location and method, and what to do should any keys be left at the end of your event.

Valets - $20/hr per valet.

Servers - $20/hr per server with a minimum initial fee of $100 for 3 hours per server (minimum). Great for dinner parties or personnel for your catered event.

Hosts - $25//hr per host. Great to have to greet and guide people for your party or event.

DJs - $350 and up for a 4 hour event.  Bartender On The Go...has an exclusive relationship with some of the areas' best DJs giving us the ability to provide your event with the most essential of elements to make your event a huge success.  Please contact us to discuss the details of your event so that we may fit you with the best DJ.

Standard - (36qt - 50 cans)  - $15

Large - (120qt - 165 cans) - $40 (stainless steel, on roller wheels)

X-Large - (150qt - 225 cans) - $45

Ice Provision

Never worry about running out of ice or if your ice will arrive on time. Let Bartenders On The Go...bring a sufficient amount of ice to your event.

Don't be bothered by shopping for the right amount or type of mixers and garnishes. Allow Bartenders On The Go... to provide a sufficient amount and diversity of mixers and garnishes for your event.

Quotes available.  Based on number of mixers and types of garnishes needed for drinks served.
